Delivery ChargesOur delivery charges are based upon the total order value according to the table below, these charges will be added on during the checkout process.
We despatch orders Monday to Friday, orders received by 12pm will be processed and despatched the same day, orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following day. 2-4 day delivery is based on items that are in stock, we will endeavour to notify you of items that are out of stock via email within 1 working day of your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should the delivery be delayed by factors beyond our control, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
Please check items thoroughly for signs of damage before signing for them with the delivery driver, if an item appears to have been damaged in transit you must inform the driver and ask for this to be recorded as such before you sign.
All small items are shipped with a third party courier who deliver Monday to Friday.
Our couriers will deliver on a 'doorstep delivery' basis Monday - Friday. For larger/bulky items, you will need to organsie to take your goods in. We can quote for delivery into the property, however this is done on a per order basis - please contact us for more information.
The above deliveries include all parts of the UK Mainland Monday to Friday, please contact us to check if there are any additional carriage charges to remoter areas of Scotland and the various UK isles, or if you wish to arrange for delivery on a specified date.

Please ensure that upon receiving delivery of your order that items are checked over fully for any signs of damage. If any of the furniture is obviously broken please refuse the parcel(s) affected, and notify us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be despatched immediately.
If you cannot identify if any damage has occurred but the packing is either torn or dented, please sign for the goods as 'damaged', enabling a claim to be made if damage is subsequently discovered.
